NOW Group recently hosted a session with Rebirth Gym, who delivered a breathwork workshop focused on techniques to support anxiety management and improve sleep quality. The session provided practical tools participants can use in everyday life to support overall wellbeing.
Participants also visited Deloitte for a Q&A panel session for those interested in pursuing a career in ICT. The discussion offered valuable insight into roles within the sector and the different pathways into the industry.

On Thursday, NOW Group participants and staff came together to support and cheer on The FTD Brothers as they continue their incredible challenge of completing 33 marathons in 33 days across Ireland.
The brothers are raising vital awareness and funds for Frontotemporal Dementia, inspiring communities along every step of their journey.
Their final marathon will take place in Dublin on Thursday 28th May. NOW Group wishes Jordan & Cian continued strength and support for the rest of their journey. 👏👏

Some of our NOW Connects participants in Omagh have been developing their road safety skills, from practising the Green Cross Code to building confidence through route travel training. 🚦🚶
We were delighted to welcome Rachel from the Police Service of Northern Ireland to our Omagh Hive. She reinforced the group’s learning so far and shared further guidance and insight. It was a valuable session that gave the group a real boost as they continue their journey towards safer and more independent travel. 👏

NOW Group participants recently had the opportunity to visit Dáil Éireann in Dublin, and it was a brilliant experience for everyone involved.
We were given a tour of the parliament, where the staff explained how the system works, showed us the Senate Chamber, and pointed out where all the members of parliament sit. They also shared interesting insights and stories about the history and day to day life inside the building.
The participants were very engaged throughout the visit and asked lots of questions, adding great value to the experience.
