Our very own “Masterchef” challenge at @ehtbarcelona just wrapped up. The mission: develop a 100% plant-based dish using Novameat. After three intensive workshops and two semi-finals, six groups reached the grand final. The level of innovation was incredible—we saw everything from delicate gyozas and Venezuelan hallacas to a fragrant Moroccan tagine. It was a brilliant day seeing the next generation of chefs push the boundaries of plant-based gastronomy and truly shine.
