Every week, we handpick fresh vegetables from the market and use our own blend of spices to make our pickles, which come in a variety of unique and flavorful combinations, from tangy dill and numbing szechuan peppercorn to orange zest and yuzu powder.

Nova Bar teams up with Studio Amore for a third edition of Supernova Sundays at their lovely little terrace. This time you can find us on the grill, heating up North Africas favorite sausage, and dressing them in some proper French dough🌭: a combo as classy as late 90s Zidane 💙 plus some family style Taboulé to round things up. A lot going on this week. Even tho we’re sweating in our underwear like everyone in the hot pot called Stuttgart, we’re still busy keeping things fresh. Saturday we invite @dominikheldwines & @georglingenfelder to pour out some juice with us. sometimes you gotta keep it simple 🍽️🍅🥖 farm fresh tomatoes, thinly sliced fennel salad, a ball of burrata di bufala and some toasty bread. pro tip: close your eyes while eating it and immediately get teleported to a small rural village in the east of Sicily ⛱️ only this weekend and as long as we have enough burrata 🫣
