A creative journaling activity filled with reflective prompts, arts & crafts, and so much joy. Together, we said gentle goodbyes and heartfelt thank-you’s to 2025, and opened our hearts to many hopeful hellos for 2026.

Honoring the past is part of moving forward; our inner child doesn’t disappear, she grows with us. This workshop was an invitation to listen softly, connect inward, and express through color and creativity.
The work created was emotional, personal, and incredibly rewarding to hold space for✨
