Everyone is telling women to eat more protein.
And yes — protein matters.
But context matters more.
Whey protein can spike insulin without raising blood sugar much.
That’s not “bad”… but it changes how your body responds.
If your metabolism is already stressed,
more shakes won’t fix it.
This is why smart women feel stuck:
they’re following good advice… in the wrong context.
You don’t need more rules.
You need to understand your body.
Are you a fan of protein powders?

What if the thing you think you “can’t do”…
isn’t actually about ability?
What if it’s just something you’ve never given yourself permission to try?
We all have those moments.
You watch other people do something and think:
“That’s just not me.”
And then you stay exactly where you are.
But something interesting happens when you treat it as an experiment instead of a test.
No pressure.
No identity attached.
Just: let me see what happens if I try.
Step by step.
Rep by rep.
Day by day.
That’s exactly how this started for me back in December.
Not as a big goal. Not as a challenge. Just curiosity.
I was simply curious how long it would take me to get to 10 push-ups in a row.
And now?
It’s turned into something much bigger than push-ups.
It’s a group of people showing up.
For themselves.
And for each other.
Because real change rarely happens in isolation.
It happens in environments that make consistency easier.
And that’s what this became.
If you’ve been watching from the outside thinking
“this is not for me…”
Maybe this is your moment to test that belief.

You were told your weight is about discipline.
Eat less.
Move more.
Stay consistent.
And if it’s not working… try harder.
But here’s what’s actually happening:
Your body isn’t responding to effort.
It’s responding to signals.
Signals from your circadian rhythm.
From your stress system.
From your blood sugar.
From your hormones.
When those are out of sync, your body doesn’t burn more.
It protects more.
→ It slows your metabolism
→ It holds on to fat
→ It increases cravings
→ It drains your energy
Not because you’re doing something wrong.
But because your biology is trying to keep you safe.
This is why so many women feel like they’re doing everything right…
and still not seeing results.
The problem was never effort.
It was the system you were given.
Start paying attention to which of these shows up for you the most.
That’s where your real answer is.
And if you want help connecting the dots, you know where to find me.

Waking up at 3 AM?
It’s not always your dinner.
Most women assume it’s something they ate.
And sometimes… it is.
A late, heavy meal → blood sugar spike → crash → cortisol surge → you’re wide awake at 3 AM.
But there’s a second pattern almost no one talks about.
👉 Your cortisol rhythm itself is off.
Not too high.
Not too low.
Just… flat.
And when that happens, your body loses the ability to hold steady overnight.
Same wake-up.
Same racing heart.
Same anxious thoughts.
But a completely different root cause.
And here’s where it matters:
If you treat a cortisol issue like a food issue…
nothing changes.
You tweak dinner.
You try magnesium.
You “do everything right.”
And you’re still staring at the ceiling at 3:17 AM.
Because your metabolism doesn’t reset in the morning.
👉 It resets overnight.
And if the rhythm is off, the whole next day follows:
– stronger cravings
– worse energy
– lower insulin sensitivity
– more frustration
This isn’t willpower.
This is biology.
The question is:
Which pattern are you in?
Tell me below: do you wake up between 2–4 AM?

She’s ahead. She’s faster. She has it all figured out.
That’s the thought.
And if you’re not careful…
it will take you out in seconds.
I know that voice very well.
The one that whispers:
“you should be further by now.”
I don’t fight it anymore.
I just say:
“thank you for sharing.”
And then I go back to work.
Back to my goal.
Back to the small steps.
Back to the boring things that actually move the needle.
Because here’s the truth no one tells you:
There is no “ahead.”
There is no “behind.”
There’s only:
Did you show up today?
The women who get where they want to go
aren’t the most talented.
They’re the ones who can tolerate the boredom.
They repeat the simple things
long enough
for them to become powerful.
That’s the game.
And that’s exactly one of the things I’m breaking down in my live masterclass this Friday.

There was a moment I didn’t understand at the time.
It didn’t look like a turning point.
It felt like shame.
Like collapsing inward.
Like wanting to disappear.
But something about that moment stayed with me.
Not the words that were said—
but the way they echoed inside me.
Because underneath the shame…
there was a quiet truth:
I wasn’t feeling like myself anymore.
My body felt heavy, achy, disconnected.
And I had been trying to push through it instead of listening.
That moment didn’t break me.
It woke me up.
In a slow, honest, deeply human way.
And from there, things began to shift.
Not overnight.
Not perfectly.
But steadily.
I found my way back.
To energy, to strength, to feeling at home in my body again.
And if you’ve ever felt stuck in that place,
in the shame, the self-judgment, the quiet disconnect,
there is a way out.
A gentler one than you think.
A more supportive one than you’ve been shown.
You don’t have to stay there. 🤍

It took me 82 days to hit 10 push-ups.
But what I gained goes far beyond strength.
I learned that consistency is a superpower. Showing up every single day, even on the days I didn’t feel like it.
There were moments it felt physically impossible… but I kept going anyway.
And that’s where the real shift happened.
There’s nothing like the feeling of building that internal power—the kind that makes you realize you can do anything once you commit and follow through.
Now I’m on day 110, working toward 20 push-ups in a row. Let’s see how long this one takes 👀
If you want to join me in building strength and consistency, comment “challenge” and I’ll send you the link to my free WhatsApp group.
We show up every single day. đź’Ş

Malaysia heat + full-day events = energy crash waiting to happen.
Unless you do this:
Protein first.
Easy-to-digest carbs (not sugar spikes).
Move right after eating.
And get outside. Sunlight is non-negotiable.
Sitting all day in an air-conditioned room?
That’s how you guarantee the 3PM crash.
This is how you stabilize blood sugar → and your focus follows.
Energy isn’t random.
It’s built.
