🩵Introducing GTK or ‘Getting To Know’🩵 It’s one of the most important phases in NORY project journey. Before children delve into the building phase, we focus on empowering children with the essential skills to accomplish the project’s mission. Two effective methods are utilized during this phase. 1. Group-Build encourages collaborative work, fostering teamwork and shared problem-solving. 2. Open-Ended Explorations grant students the freedom to investigate and explore independently, nurturing creativity and individual thinking. ✔️In our unique teaching approach✨demonstrations✨ take center stage. Instead of traditional lecturing, our teachers invite children, one at a time, to showcase problem-solving techniques or acquire necessary skills. The Group-Build method becomes a powerful tool during these demonstrations. ✔️This approach ensures that children pay more attention to peer participation, allowing both the teacher and the class to ✨identify specific challenges✨and provide detailed explanations. ✔️Witnessing a peer successfully complete a task also instills ✨confidence✨ in other children to take on similar challenges independently.
