Stop number 46 on the @northloopminneapolis guide was the Sunshine Bakery. Once a bakery, now people work, eat, and work out here everyday. Hard to believe this building used to produce enough biscuits and cookies to feed the entire city!

Owner Peter Killen gave us a peek inside today. Every table, chair, booth, tile, stained glass and wall ornament has been sourced from Ireland. 🇮🇪
Killen hopes to be open in mid-June.
