|| THE MOST LOCAL BEEF PATTY ! ||
For 5 years we have been sourcing our beef for Burger Bash in a full circle and hyper local way.
Justin and Wilbur Colley are father and son farmers from East Preston and they take all the spent grain used in making our beer to feed their animals. We connected them with Brianna of @vesselmeats who buys their cows, processes them and sells them to us to make our hyper local beef patty.
All of the beef for our @hfxburgerbash Pineapple Smash burger comes from Justin and Wilbur via Vessel Meats. Now that's what we call local!

|| 🍍 PINEAPPLE SMASH 🍍 BURGER BASH 🍔 ||
We have a banger for Burger Bash, made with the most local beef patty in town! Justin and Wilbur Colley of East Preston collect the spent grain after we brewed and feed their cattle with it. Justin and Wilbur sell their cows to Brianna @vesselmeats who process it in Dartmouth and deliver it to us!
Pineapple Smash:
Vessel meats beef smash patty, smoked bacon, havarti, grilled pineapple, roasted garlic aioli, shredded lettuce, teriyaki bbq, brioche bun, side fries.
$18 ($1 to feed Nova Scotia)
Gluten free option
Veggie option
