I love going on walks. The way the late afternoon sun drapes down the façades here in Hove has me fascinated every time. It reminds me to take a moment to look around and truly take in the sounds of the city and the sea around me 🌿☀️

GEO LAB! Finally got the shoebox view down in all its glory!
This was a special one for me because I forced myself to draw freely without thinking of any perspective.
It really helped me to push my shapes, and with every iteration they became more playful. Once that was done, I then got my beloved grids in and perspective'd it to my heart's content!
Can't wait to draw more character stuff now (yes you read that right, I'm just as surprised as you are!)

I am working on being more decisive with my painting in digital. I always noodle indefinitely, but approaching as if I were painting traditionally really helps me :))
