Are you ready to Browse the ‘Burg?
It’s a fun walking tour of some local art spaces. Meet local artists and see some cool demonstrations. It’s like a guided tour of the Vatican but less Catholic.
Heaps of furniture was getting made at Norm over the Christmas holidays. Here's just a few from some of our resident makers.
Rocker - Jas Bell
Bench seat - Robbie Smith

HUGE thanks to @hyperglobalhifi for bringing the rig to our exhibition party. Where else will you find turntables spinning on a drop saw bench? There was so much love and appreciation in the room for what these guys are doing.
If you don't already, highly recommend you follow their Instagram for upcoming events in the Coburg area.

We were blown away by the buzz surrounding our raffle, and it was great to see those beautiful objects find a happy home. Most of the prizes were awarded on the night but there were some absentee winners, so stay tuned as the full list of winners will be announced next week.
Here is a great shot of Jordan, proud owner of a handmade Banjo.
Thanks to everyone who bought a ticket, we are thrilled to announce we raised $6,000 from sales and purchases on the night. All the funds will be going towards a much needed panel saw upgrade! This will be a huge improvement for safety and quality in our workshop, so a massive shout out to everyone who helped.
Boy o boy, we reckon there's maybe a few folks out there that wouldn't mind taking this home come Saturday night. This 5-string handmade 11” fretless open-back banjo is made from QLD Maple, Redgum, US Cherry & Wenge, and fitted with some premium hardware.
This thing is sure to turn a few heads at your local honky tonk and is guaranteed to keep the two-steppers dancing all night long.

As far as we know, Adrian is one of only two people in Australia making timber flutes to order. The sound from one of these majestic instruments will transport you to the mountain tops of Nepal with just a few breaths. This one of a kind instrument is crafted from Australian Red Cedar and Silky Oak.
This could be yours if you're holding the lucky ticket this Saturday.
Tickets are $10 and are available now from the link in our bio.
Check out @wanderingelkflutes for more flute info.
For visual artists and wood carvers, Norm is one of the few places around where they can explore ideas without noise and dust being an issue.
