Here we go! Finally finished up the poster design for our Halfway to Halloween show at Penguin City in Youngstown, OH! Not only will we have some of the area’s best spooky vendors in the Pollock ballroom, we will be utilizing the taproom for contests, games , movie screenings and live performances! On Friday May 1st when the sun sets we will be having our first ever indoor DARK MARKET! Shop through our awesome vendors with the lights turned low to set the mood! Vibe to some eerie tunes in the taproom with DJ Ju$berg Thin! Dance, Howl and Rattle your bones while you are getting ready for LENORA’S MIDNIGHT RENTAL LIVE! Lenora is a horror host with the most and she’s going to be showing you one of the wildest movies from her collection! She will be on stage to guide you through the film with nuggets of info and jokes along the way. This experience is like watching a movie with friends and Penguin City’s community tables is perfect for this! Midnight Rental Live is held once a month at the Grog Shop in Cleveland, come catch a rare show in Youngstown! On Saturday May 2nd you’ll be able to shop our vendors all day in the ballroom, then DJ Ju$berg Thin will warm you up for a live performance from NORMAL CREATURES! A unique blend of alt rock/metal/hip hop out of Pittsburgh, PA. Check out their latest album FLUORESCENT BLACK to get prepared for this explosive performance! Our featured guest, presented to you by Dead Ink and Timebomb Toys, is none other than MIKO HUGHES! You may remember him as Gage from Pet Sematary or Dylan from Wes Craven’s New Nightmare, perhaps his roles in Kindergarten Cop, Spawn, Full House, Apollo 13 or Mercury Rising.
