IT WAS CERTAINLY NOT OUR INTENTION TO BE RETURNING QUITE SO SOON, BUT SOMETIMES LIFE HAS ALTERNATE PLANS. GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES, WE’D QUITE LIKE TO GET TOGETHER WITH ALL OUR FLENDS AND COLLECTIVELY POUR ONE OUT FOR BOBBY, WHO SPENT THE BULK OF HIS TIME HERE ON THIS ROCK MAKING IT A SIGNIFICANTLY MORE BEAUTIFUL PLACE, CRAFTING AN INDELIBLE LEGACY, AND PROVIDING US MULTIPLE LIFETIMES WORTH OF INSPIRATION.
THIS IS NOT A FRIENDS OF JERRY SHOW, IN THE TRADITIONAL SENSE. THIS IS A COMMUNAL CELEBRATORY PERFORMANCE, FEATURING A NUMBER OF OUR KINDEST FLENDS, TO WHOM BOB’S MUSIC MEANT QUITE A BIT. WE’LL BE PLAYING SOME BOB TUNES, WE’LL INVITE SOME FLENDS TO JOIN US, AND BOB ONLY KNOWS WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN.
IN TIMES AS TRYING AS THESE, COMMUNITY IS THE ANSWER.

Second slide is a cover of a Bill Fay song by me and @scottstitzer I got turned onto from @holy_sons podcast drifters sympathy. The first two years of the 20’s I was dripping acid at least once a week and making music. When the world opened up to me and offered work for money I couldn’t turn it down. Now it seems things might have been on a better trajectory with the former approach. I wonder what Bill would think.
