We’re humbled to share that Norma has been rated 14/20 by @goodfoodau It means so much to be considered among so many incredible restaurants. Starting Norma while also starting our family has been one of the biggest challenges of our lives, and we couldn’t have done it without the support of our incredible team. Norma isn’t a one-person show. It’s a collective of passionate, talented people who show up every day with heart, care and a shared love for what we do. We like to think you can taste that in every plate, and we’re so grateful the reviewers felt it too.

EntrĂ©e: the beginning of the table, not just the meal. A few smaller dishes to share while the wine’s being poured and everyone settles in properly. 1. Beef tonato with parmesan, served cool with an anchovy-infused sauce. 2. Croquette of the day: mac & cheese, finished with parmesan. 3. Marinated capsicum over goat’s cheese with basil oil. 4. Shallot tatin with foie gras and herbs. 5. Tapenade, smoked olives, focaccia served warm.
