What a mystery! 🔍
Our Y6's came into scenes of devastation yesterday. 😯
It looked like something had huffed and puffed through the window, shattering the frame and leaving debris in its wake. 💨 When they saw the bricks, sticks and straw they thought they knew the full story, but the press conference revealed that things were not quite as they seemed! 🐺🐷 #LearningThroughPlay #theliteracytree #NoremarshJuniorSchool #ReadyToLearn
With the warmer weather (hopefully!) making an appearance, our Play Pod will be getting plenty of use.
It isn’t just about fun (although there’s lots of that!), it’s about giving children the space to be creative and lead their own learning.
Following our latest Play Pod restock, the children have been:
• Creating dens and imaginative spaces
• Working together to solve problems
• Exploring role play and storytelling
• Building confidence, resilience and friendships
All through open‑ended, child‑led play, making the most of time outdoors.
This kind of play helps children develop skills they’ll use every day in the classroom — communication, teamwork, creativity and independence — all while having an absolute blast.
A huge thank you to Wiltshire Scrap Store for helping us turn everyday materials into extraordinary play experiences.
