Dinner at the club a few weeks ago:
Grilled shrimp on a bed of kale, fennel, roast radishes and grapefruit topped with a warm spice dressing and toasted pumpkin seeds.
Dinner at the Club last month:
Pork carnitas, wild rice, Brussels sprouts with an orange vinaigrette.
I can’t take photos to save my life and I don’t take enough of them🙄.
Beef Bourguignon with Truffle and Lobster Pot Pie (not shown) were a dinner at the Club a few weeks back.
I wish I would think to take pictures as I do things…. someday I’ll remember to take more/better ones.
I’ll be at @therootsfarmmarket from 12-2 today sampling Maple Walnuts. They’re great for salad topping, cheese boards, holiday entertaining and snacking. Come by and try some and while you’re there, check out their expanded retail space with a lot more choices of you local Vermont favorites!
First (and probably last) attempt at a Thanksgiving Turducken. A whole chicken wrapped in a whole duck wrapped in a whole turkey layered with sausage stuffing. It came out better than I expected.
