3 yoga postures I recommend when your body feels tight from travel, stress, workouts, or long hours sitting:
⢠Triangle Pose ā helps improve mobility through the hamstrings, hips, and spine
⢠Warrior Pose ā builds lower body strength, balance, and posture
⢠Extended Warrior ā a great hip opener that helps release tightness through the hips and lower back
You donāt need a long workout to feel better. Even a few intentional movements can help improve energy, posture, and how your body feels throughout the day.
Save this flow to try later. āØ

Hot weather skincare isnāt just SPF. āļø
As temperatures rise, our skin quickly loses hydration and is under more stress. I used to over-moisturize when what my skin actually needed was cooling + mineral balance.
A few shifts I make this season:
⢠Stop aggressive morning cleansing to preserve protective lipids
⢠Increase internal electrolyte hydration, not heavy creams
⢠Add antioxidant oil such as argan before UV exposure
⢠Support skin recovery with magnesium + omega-3s after pool/sun days
⢠Cool skin at night with aloe x hylaronic acid
Happiest Hour: Grateful Margarita
2 ounce reposado
1 ounce Grand Marnier
1 fresh squeeze grapefruit
Salt on rim
Tequila is my go-to for a clean cocktail, low sugar option. Bonus: plant-based, agave contains fiber that can help support gut health. Grapefruit delivers powerful antioxidants and digestive enzymes.
Have an amazing Friday!
Some days you wake up feeling clear, focused, and ready.
Other days feel⦠heavier.
Over these many years building my business, I realized I canāt wait for the good news to come in order to have a positive mindset... need to create one daily.
Not by forcing positivity, but by choosing a few small things that shift state.
A little movement, few minutes of sunshine with no tech, choclate in the afternoon, making a phone call (not a text) just to tell someone close how much I love them.
Nothing extreme, just enough to change direction.
How we show up on the days we feel off creates positive neural patterns that start to become our default mode.
Whatās one thing you do to reset your mindset on a tough day?

Iāve learned the hard way that if I start my Monday in reaction mode, the entire day follows.
I used to look at my phone in bed, eyes half open, up, immediately shifting into a reactive state. By mid-morning, I felt busy, but not clear.
What Iāve found is that the quality of my day is often determined in the first 30 minutes in the morning. Not by doing more, but by creating space before the noise begins.
A few things that have helped me:
⢠10-Minutes of No Tech: upon waking- no phone, no email. Give the mind a chance to organize itself before absorbing everyone elseās priorities.
⢠Anchor Focus: define the one or two decisions that actually move the week forward. Not everything deserves equal energy.
⢠Create a slower start, on purpose: even ten minutes of stillness or quiet reflection lowers cortisol and improves cognitive clarity for the hours that follow.
Itās a small shift, but it changes how we can show up for the rest of the day.

Self-care tends to look very different depending on the environment youāre in.
Some places make it effortless- sun, space, a slower pace. Others require a bit more intention.
Today is very much the latter. Grey, rainy, and low light here in New York. On days without sunshine, I come back to a few simple shifts that help regulate mood and energy:
ā change your light exposure: step outside, even briefly. Overcast light is still far more powerful than indoor lighting for resetting energy
ā change your pace: a 10ā15 minute walk- no phone, no input. just enough movement to shift your state
ā change your environment: open the windows, turn on warm lighting, play music, small sensory changes can completely alter how a space feels
Not the same as the sun, but often enough to change your mood.

I used to start my mornings in my inbox, and it was quietly putting my body into a state of stress before the day even began.
That immediate shift into reaction mode, the spike in cortisol⦠it set the tone for everything that followed.
Now, I begin the day differently. Just five minutes of gentle stretches, slow breath, and a simple intention.
Itās a small shift, but it changes everything.

5-Minute Reset Habit
By 3pm my energy drops and mood is not nearly as cheerful. I have been scheduling a 5-minute break, slotted on my Google cal. Standing up from my desk, performing a few stretches and breathing deeply.
Game changer.
