I don’t mean to sound like I experience the coldest weather in the world, but damn that California cold! Warmer thoughts, warmer thoughts…. Also, navigating with 2 herniated discs for 6 months has been wild! Beneficial life lessons learned, but wild.

My dear EB, thank you. Thank you for always loving me fiercely and without judgment but always with full support and care. I have been so blessed and privileged to have known you and loved you for 20 years, filled with countless laughs and cries and memories that I will cherish until my time comes to depart this world as well.
I will never understand why God needed you so early but I hear he needs the great ones up there to help him run this crazy world. And you were beyond great. You were fearless, loyal, generous, true, a light so bright that the sun couldn’t compete and with a laughter so joyous you couldn’t help but join in.
I never expected this so soon but I’m learning to adjust. We spoke of starting a family together if we were still single in a few years because there is no one on this earth who understood me better and that I could see myself doing this with.
I miss you so much but feel protected with you as my angel. Rest easy baby, and save me a seat at some show up there when we’re reunited. I love you @eb_bohkswagon 🫂🕯️✨💚

As this gorgeous day comes to an end, I’m saddened by the fact that I’m currently not in San Francisco celebrating one of the brightest lights of my life but also find great joy and pride and gratefulness in the friendship I have created with him 🫂

Drag Performers United (DPU) is an organization built to advocate for fair pay, safe working conditions, and a more connected SoCal drag community. Our mission is to provide services to the SoCal nightlife community that support drag performers in practicing their craft freely and joyfully.
In late 2024 co-founder Nomi B. Low secured fiscal sponsorship for DPU from Mockingbird Incubator and completed its organization startup program. In 2025, co-founders Nomi and Siri met with community members and leaders to assess the needs in the community and began the creation of programs in line with the desired changes. While our organization seeks primarily to serve the needs of drag performers, these meetings showed overlapping needs throughout the SoCal nightlife. As a result, we believe our initiative can benefit anyone who works in queer DIY nightlife.
This year we are launching our inaugural program - a series of Drag Town Halls. Our goal is to bring members of the SoCal drag community together to discuss what we love about our community, what we’d like to see done differently, and what services DPU can provide to address your needs.

Thank you to my incredible cast of last night’s Bring Back Dragmocracy presented by Haus of B and Haus of Dezaigns! It was a SICKENING show and I wish we could work together everyday!
Thank you to @executivesuite for giving us a space to put on such an important fundraiser! And of course thank you to everyone who came out, partied and fundraised with us! We are still working on getting a corporate company to match our donation but we raised over $530 last night for @oralelb in their incredible efforts to help fight ICE raids and support those affected by the injustices occurring in this country today!
