2 years ago i was in my office when Funke Akindele A Tribe Called Judah become the first Nollywood movie ever to hit the 1Billion Naira at the box office.
The excitement led me to want to know more about the movie and i went straight to Rotten Tomatoes there were very sparse information about the movie and cast, even Funke Akindele the biggest name in Africa Box Office her photo wasn’t on the platform and no Bio information.
So i started checking more movies and African stars across IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes it was similar situation. Mostly none or incomplete information about them and their works.
i could continue to make a fuss about this or do something about it and this how PartyJollof TV started with a bold mission to build An African First Movie Information and Discovery platform for the global audience.
