Both Rolling Oven and MTB can’t thank you enough! We’ve gone through humble beginnings, a lot of tough times, and sure as hell celebrated a lot of great victories.
We started on a glorified home brew system, mashing in with a DeWalt drill and a long mixer bit. Lifting grain bags on our shoulders while climbing a ladder to dump it into the tank. Running out of money several times, but some how managing to bail out…. Ahh to own a business.
Hell, we weren’t even supposed to serve food and took a chance on a guy in a food truck to be the first brewery in Lex to have a kitchen on site.
