There’s a lot happening at NokeFest and plenty of ways to slow down 🧘
Between the river, fishing seminars, outdoor stuff, and everything going on around camp, there’s also space to slow down for a minute. 🌞
👉You can jump into a yoga class, book a massage, or check out some of the wellness sessions happening throughout the weekend.
Featured: Medicine Sound Baths 🥁 Sit back, breathe, and let the steady rhythm of the medicine drum do its thing. It’s a simple, grounding experience that helps you relax and reset a bit.

Your guide, @michaeldrumjourney , will also be leading 1-hour workshops on how to use the medicine drum in your own personal practice.
