Highlighting our work is always a fun exercise in reflection. After 60+ music videos, we continue to master the form, but we’re just getting started. Our commitment to championing indie artists is unmatched and we remain steadfast in supporting a community of independents who aim to reinforce their visuals with craft and context.

Originally released January 2011 Noisemaker Media, Viper Records and Da Circle Present “Napalm.” Goodtime Slim and Fatz D’Assassin are more than just another brand of revolution rap. They are the revolution. On Napalm, Immortal Technique joins Da Circle to plot a coupe de tat on the industry and set the world stage ablaze with their fiery rhetoric and revolutionary chants. This Fyre Department-produced soundtrack sets the pace for Slim and Fatz to establish themselves as a formidable duo who spit no frills politically-insightful rap. Napalm takes us on a journey of a Young Man [Jordan Anthony James] who finds martyrdom as the only salvation to liberate himself from the slavery of freedom and the ignorance of war. Napalm holds no pretense of being a vehicle that carries a cryptic message or present itself as a puzzle with encoded political implications. Simply put, this is ART. A piece that acts as a mirror which reflects the fear-based agenda propagated by a politically-motivated media industry which pursues an initiative that discredits acts of social revolution and disguises it as an anti-American crusade. If the revolution will not be televised, then the revolution must start now. Da Circle | Napalm Featuring Immortal Technique | A Noisemaker Media Production | Starring Jordan Anthony James | Mark Carranceja [Director, Editor and Cinematographer] | Luis Cordero [Assistant Director] | Justin Denmark [Key Grip] | Chris Cofer [Assistant Camera] | John Flowers, Dreadz and Rebecca B FRESH McDonald [Production Assistant] | Music Produced by Viper Records | A&R: Jonathan Masters

Originally released on March 2010 Before everything became disposable, visuals like this were built with intention. “Turn It Up” comes from an era when music videos still carried texture, pace, and a point of view. Bringing this one back because the work still speaks. Artist: Sadat X | Title: Turn It Up | Featuring Pete Rock | Mark Carranceja [Director, Editor, DoP] | Joe Abajian of Fat Beats [Executive Producer] | Brigid Turner [Assistant Director] | Justin Denmark, John Flowers & Paul Nameck [Grip/Electric] | Chris Cofer [Assistant DP] #sadatx #peterock #boombap #realhiphop #fatbeats

Angel Dust | Hasan Salaam featuring Lord Jamar Originally released January 2010 A short film about consequence, illusion, and survival. Angel Dust follows a woman caught in the gravity of fast money and faster decisions—until reality closes in. Filmed across the streets of Jersey City, this was an attempt to merge Hip Hop storytelling with the language of cinema. Inspired by mood, silence, and longing. This isn’t just a music video. It’s a moment. #hasansalaam #lordjamar #realhiphop #boombap #hiphopnews

Still on the Hustle | Neek The Exotic featuring Large Professor Originally released April 2011. This is for everybody still building, still pushing, still trying to make something out of pressure. Still on the Hustle captures that mentality with grit, clarity, and no illusions. Music for people who know the work never really stops. A majority of the video was edited in Large Professor’s childhood home in Flushing, Queens, where we had a chance to chop it up with the legend and see Nas’ “Illmatic” gold plaque amongst a slew of other memorabilia and rooms filled with records. Director, DP & Editor: Mark Carranceja Crew: Justin Denmark, Malik Honor & Luis Valbuena #largeprofessor #mainsource #realhiphop #fatbeats #hiphop

BANG! Exclusive | Kid Tsu featuring Sean Price | Originally released in 2012. This is what hip-hop felt like when the energy mattered more than the outcome. No second takes. No overthinking. Just a raw exchange between artist, camera, and environment. You can’t manufacture this. You can only catch it when it happens. It was an honor work with a legend like Sean P, and we were fortunate enough to have be able to film two projects before his untimely passing. Originally released July 2009 with over 500K views and counting on YouTube. Afrika Bambaataa, Kool DJ Red Alert, and The Original Jazzy Jay reunite on the wheels of steel for the first time in over 25 years. Many have neglected the fact these individuals are primarily responsible for the genesis of Hip Hop culture. We had the honor of documenting the True School Park Jam Series where we captured these moments that brought together DJ’s, B-Boys, and cultural enthusiasts alike. The True School Park Jam Series is made possible by Christie Z Pabon [Tools of War, DMC USA] and Fabel Pabon [UZN, RSC, Tools of War]. Their hard work and dedication to the preservation of DJ and hip-hop culture allow for once-in-a-lifetime moments like this.

Originally released on March 2011 Noisemaker Media and ReadNex Poetry Squad Present “A Tree Grows In A Place Called Home.” The 2nd video off the ReadNex’s “Day Before Sound” LP, “A Tree Grows In A Place Called Home” is a song that showcases the group’s New York City roots. Baron of Red Clay joins the ReadNex on this song as he skillfully croons and raps on this Charlie Graham-produced track. FREE and Decora trade verses that paint a picture of a city through childhood memories. “Home” is a classic reminisce-track that reflects on a time when the citizens of New York defined the soul and character of the city. Originally released on July 2010 On Goodbye, Eternia takes an introspective look between a rock and a hard place and learns to trust her struggle. Canadian Hip Hop producer MoSS provides a sonic canvas that allows Eternia to declaim her frustrations as a female emcee in a male-dominated industry and is self-admittingly unrepentant for her brazen fearlessness to overthrow the status quo. Director Mark Carranceja creates a post-apocalyptic atmosphere by showcasing a depth in presentation that is uniquely inherent to his set of technical aesthetics and creative vision. Goodbye is a visual force that captures Eternia’s final testament to the world and is a visceral experience that examines humanity’s fear of death, disappointment, loneliness and isolation. Eternia & MoSS | Goodbye | Executive Producer: Fat Beats Records | Mark Carranceja [Director, Cinematographer and Editor] | Brigid Turner [1st Assistant Director] | Justin Denmark [Key Grip] | John Flowers [2nd Assistant Director] | Ernest Lingad [2nd Camera Operator] | Adrienne Vazquez [MUA] | Robina Rai [Stylist] | Wardrobe Provided by Married to the Mob | Photography by B FRESH Photography and Media
