At Noella Foundation, empowering women in enterprise goes beyond funding — it is about building capacity, strengthening confidence, and creating pathways for long-term growth.
Following the successful conclusion of the Be Empowered 2026 programme, beneficiaries embarked on an intensive 8-week structured bootcamp designed to equip them with practical business knowledge, mentorship, and the tools required to build sustainable and scalable businesses.
On Wednesday, 6th May, participants gathered for the Be Empowered Certification Session, marking the completion of a transformative learning journey that combined funding with continuous capacity development and entrepreneurial support.
Throughout the programme, beneficiaries engaged in sessions focused on business growth, structure, sustainability, and leadership — reinforcing our commitment to ensuring that women are equipped not only to start businesses, but to sustain and scale them successfully.
We sincerely appreciate all facilitators, mentors, and partners who contributed their time, knowledge, and expertise throughout this edition of the programme.
Congratulations once again to all participants for their dedication, resilience, and commitment to growth. We look forward to seeing the impact you will continue to create within your communities and beyond.

At Noella Foundation, strengthening healthcare systems begins with empowering the professionals who provide care.
On Monday, 9th March, we hosted the Maternal Care Nurses Training in Lagos, bringing together maternal health professionals for a capacity-building session focused on counselling, cultural sensitivity, and effective maternal support throughout the pregnancy journey.
This initiative reflects our commitment to improving maternal healthcare outcomes by equipping nurses with practical knowledge and skills that enhance the quality of care provided to expectant mothers.
We appreciate the contributions of Dr. Ololade Fadipe and Dr. Lateef-Yusuf Mary Modupeola for sharing their expertise and supporting this important engagement.
We remain committed to advancing initiatives that strengthen healthcare delivery and support the wellbeing of mothers and families across our communities.

At Noella Foundation, we believe that access to quality healthcare is a fundamental pillar of community stability.
Today, in honor of our Co-Founder, @layaltinubu , our team is deployed for our Hospital Bill Support Outreach. We believe that by removing financial barriers to health, we restore dignity and provide families with a pathway to recovery.
We are keeping the momentum of progress going by ensuring that health remains a priority for all.
Happy Birthday to our boss.
