NODEVA001 - FOCUS ARTIST ACK
With « La Femme Sauvage » (The Wild Woman), ACK successfully achieves a bold marriage between the energy of Psytrance and the depth of Electronica. This epic track, spanning over 10 minutes, is a sonic journey that captures the power, softness, and creative energy of a reclaimed femininity.
Through this track, ACK tells the story of a woman reconnecting with her « wild » femininity—the kind that hasn’t been restrained or conditioned by society. She aims to express the creative energy, power, and gentleness inherent in this feminine essence.
This track was born from an inner quest to express the reconnection with feminine energy. The composition begins with an Electronica/Ambient foundation, gradually building with Psytrance elements to drive the narrative. This progression culminates in a finale symbolizing a woman blooming like a flower. ACK drew from her personal journey and inspirations gathered during her travels through Indonesia and Malaysia. The track solidifies her signature style: merging the intensity of Psytrance with the emotional depth of Electronica, always at the service of emotion.
« I started composing this track during my travels in Indonesia, continued in Malaysia, and finally finished it in Australia. This track traveled through three different countries during its creation! For me, it was a way to narrate this quest for reconnection with my feminine energy. There are as many versions of this track as there were moments of personal reflection, but above all, it was my way of expressing my emotions. »

NODEVA001 - FOCUS ARTIST YASMAE
« Free Fall » delivers a hard-hitting intensity and an immersive Mental Techno soundscape. Yasmae’s sonic signature is a raw fusion of industrial FX, deep resonances, organic elements, and a persistent tribal groove—a hypnotic track designed to carry a powerful, socially conscious message.
Yasmae aims to convey a message of social activism. Through this track, he highlights the systemic issues of our world and emphasizes the need to encourage change, using music as a tool to unite and share.
Creative Process and Inspirations
The composition process was somewhat chaotic at first but became fluid and fast-paced once it clicked. Yasmae drew inspiration from artists like Andy Martin, Paul Hauck, and the Non Series label. Experimenting with the Moog DFAM allowed him to create powerful, signature sounds. This track fits perfectly into his universe while maintaining his trademark « mental » edge.
« Once I finished, I felt the need to push things even further. I created a second, ultra-dark ambient track inspired by Kangding Ray and the work he did for the film Sirat. It felt like a continuation of ‘Free Fall’—more personal, and produced entirely using only the Moog DFAM. »
NODEVA001 - FOCUS ARTIST FCKG MOOD
FCKG MOOD turns Acid into an emotional outlet with « FRACTURE. » The squelching lines of the TB-303 embody a rift and toxicity, transforming the pain of a breakup into a powerful narrative. This is Acid music serving an intimate and raw three-act story.
The track follows a three-act trajectory, inspired by a toxic breakup that forced her to confront herself. It is the story of a lone woman and DJ whose connection with another soul intensifies until the final fracture. The title was born from her own exorcism, allowing her to transform this specific relationship into a universal narrative.
Acid was the starting point to give a voice to her emotional rift. Clubs became her refuge—the space where pain is transformed into sonic strength. Her influences crystallized within these nocturnal cathedrals, where she discovered the electro-clash of Miss Kittin, the raw power of Sara Landry, and the emotional depth of Ellen Allien. This track continues the evolution of the FCKG MOOD universe, exploring a more intimate and narrative dimension.
“The most striking thing about ‘FRACTURE’ is that it set me free from my pain. This track wasn’t just a composition; it was a healing process. By transforming that toxic relationship into sound, I was finally able to detach myself from it. The day I finished this track, I felt the weight lift. The fracture became a strength.”
NODEVA001 - FOCUS ARTIST HUGO KOV
With « Era, » Hugo Kov delivers a Progressive House invitation to travel. Built to be fully immersive and progressive, the track utilizes deep basslines and interlaced FX to carry the listener far beyond the dancefloor.
The message he wishes to convey through this track is simple and direct: « Dance, share, travel, dare! »
This track was born from a desire to find joy in creation without limitations. Hugo Kov began by working on the bass, then built the lead. The toms introduced a percussive energy, to which he added progressive FX in the second half of the track—arranged in three layers that call and respond to one another as they evolve. His primary inspirations are his friends from the Mär collectif team, as well as the cities of Nantes and Brussels. This title marks the first step in the direction he wishes to take as a producer.
« This track is my debut release. It feels like a moment of vulnerability—laying myself bare—and I am very happy that it’s happening with Node Records. »
NODEVA001 - FOCUS ARTIST FLEXI M
With « Parallel, » Flexi M explores a darker techno sound, moving away from his usual Psytrance and Goa universe. It is a powerful demonstration of emancipation, testing new sounds and stepping out of his comfort zone.
The message Flexi M wants to convey with this track is that he is not confined to a single style; his creativity finds freedom through other musical genres.
The track was born from a desire to break his Psy/Goa routine and experiment with sounds closer to House music. Ultimately, the techno he was listening to in Nantes took over. The production process was very fast, with the track completed in a single session. His inspirations reminded him of Township Rebellion from eight years ago and a massive Elrow show featuring Rodriguez Jr.
« Mixing the second part of the track was very complicated because the bass and mids were taking up too much space and cutting off too many other frequencies. It wasn’t easy trying to untangle everything to get a clean result. »
NODEV001 - FOCUS ARTIST LEPEERE
LEPEERE immerses the listener in the dense atmosphere of Hypnotic Techno with « Reflections. » The track is enveloping, driven by a percussive synth line that provides unique depth and evokes the echo of a vast sonic cavern.
He sought to convey the feeling of an immense cave, its scale impossible to define. A recurring image for him is the underground rave scene from The Matrix.
The track was born while preparing new material for his live machine set. He wanted to compose something slower than 160 BPM to build a progression throughout his performance. The process involved first composing on his sequencer for live play, then recording track by track into his DAW for mixing. His main inspirations include Von Riu, Feral, and Kaspiann. This track marks a departure from the music he has previously played, inspiring him to create a new, much calmer, and more hypnotic set.
NODEVA001 - FOCUS ARTIST TATA MONIQUE
With « Leaving Roazhon, » Tata Monique delivers a bold sonic fusion: Progressive Techno Fantasy. It is the epic sound of a quest beginning, where powerful basslines meet unexpected melodies of lute and biniou. This unique, driving signature promises a journey that goes far beyond the dancefloor.
The track was born from a desire to set her departure from Rennes—known as Roazhon—to music. It captures both the nostalgia of final moments and the epic, driving energy of a new quest ahead. She envisions a paladin or a troubadour leaving their city on horseback for new lands, feeling the surge of excitement and adrenaline that practically invites them to gallop away.
During the composition process, Tata Monique first experimented with layering multiple basslines. With a strong focus on sound design, she found the perfect balance between electronic elements and medieval or traditional instrument VSTs. Her main inspirations include the 133.5 collective for their minimal techno universe and deep bass, as well as the soundtracks of fantasy video games like Baldur’s Gate and The Witcher.
« A few days before moving, I had my very last gig in Rennes at a party organized by friends, where I played the closing set. ‘Leaving Roazhon’ was, of course, the final track I played—the perfect musical way to close the circle. »
NODEVA001 - FOCUS ARTIST BLANC SOLEIL
With « C’était Pas Mieux Avant, » Blanc Soleil delivers a pure burst of solar and positive Dance energy. Anchored by modern drums and a catchy, old-school-inspired piano, it’s a feel-good anthem designed for open-air sets.
The message Blanc Soleil aims to convey through his productions, including this one, remains consistent: Positive Energy.
The track began as a simple search for piano chords, born from the ambition to create an old-school « piano song. » While the drums remain modern and the vocals stay true to his signature style, the main inspirations include DJ Mehdi’s « Pocket Piano » and Subliminal Cuts’ « Le Voie Le Soleil. » Although it deviates slightly from Blanc Soleil’s usual artistic direction, this track brings a fresh energy that fits perfectly into his musical universe.
« I recorded the piano onto a cassette using my Portastudio 424, old-school style, to capture that analog grit you hear in classic electronic tracks. »
NODEVA001 - FOCUS ARTIST ATRIUM
Atrium hits the sweet spot between emotion and energy with Early Game. The track’s melancholic trance vibe is punctuated by the crackling energy of acid lines and assertive drums. It is a sonic exploration proving that discovery knows no bounds.
Atrium seeks to convey the message that discovery is only limited by the boundaries we set for ourselves.
This track was born as his first real project, fueled by a desire to understand music production—to experiment, invent, learn, and create. He drew from the styles he loves, progressive trance and acid techno, to build the track, developing a melody, acid notes, a bassline, and a rich drum rack. Inspired by artists like Cybernet, he added a heavy touch of melancholy. The track fits into his universe through its deep connection to his two favorite musical styles: trance and acid.
« This is the first track I’ve ever made :) »
