Takumi’s Afterparty は、Minimal Psy を軸に、深く抑制されたグルーヴを探求する音楽プロジェクト。
音楽制作を主とし、DJと制作の往復の中で、空間と時間に溶け込むサウンドを形にしている。
10年以上にわたる音楽活動を通して磨いてきた
浮遊感のある Lo-Fi ギターサウンドを、
現在の Minimal Psy の楽曲制作において、演奏ではなく音のレイヤー／テクスチャとして各所に散りばめている。
誰かの記憶に残るセットをテーマに、
空間体験そのものを音として刻むことを大切にしている。
現在は、制作した音源のリリースに向けて活動中。
The sound of Takumi’s Afterparty unfolds quietly over time.
Rooted in Minimal Psy, the project explores deep, restrained grooves where rhythm and space move as one.
Shaped through the constant dialogue between DJing and studio work,
and by more than a decade of musical exploration,
floating Lo-Fi guitar textures are woven into the music,
not as performance, but as fragments of memory within the groove.
With a focus on creating sets that stay with the listener,
Takumi’s Afterparty treats the dancefloor as a space where experience becomes part of the sound.

Tomorrow (Friday) is the final live show of THE PORTAL!
We’ve been performing mainly as a live act, but since our vocalist and songwriting partner Lyle is moving to Berlin, this will be our last live performance for now.
The venue is Shibuya 7th FLOOR.
THE PORTAL plays from 22:20 with a 1-hour set, performing almost all the songs we’ve done so far.
Huge thanks to Agepoyo for welcoming us once again.
All the members who have supported us until now will also appear somewhere in the show.
And don’t miss the delicious curry there!
After the show, we’ll head straight to Kekkai for the after-party!
I’ll be DJing around 3:00 AM—come party with us!

夜の静けさと都市のざわめき、その狭間から生まれたサウンド。Takumi’s Afterpartyは、東京を拠点に活動するDJ／電子音楽プロジェクト。
ダンスミュージックを軸に、民族楽器や環境音をサンプリングし、アナログシンセサイザーで丁寧に音を重ねていく。ジャンルに縛られず、感覚に素直な音を追求している。
現在はMinimal Psyの楽曲を制作中で、2025年のリリースを予定。
DJとしてはMinimal PsyやOrganic Houseを中心にプレイし、りんご音楽祭2024やSynchronicy’25 MIDNIGHTなど、国内フェスにも出演。
また、毎週日曜の深夜には渋谷RUBYROOMでパーティー「is this on?」を主催。週末を終えた人々がひととき立ち止まる、小さなオアシスのような空間をつくっている。
Born in the space between Tokyo’s quiet nights and its restless energy, Takumi’s Afterparty is a DJ and electronic music project that explores rhythm, texture, and atmosphere.
Built on the foundation of dance music, his sound blends samples of traditional instruments and ambient recordings, shaped through analog synthesizers with a focus on detail and emotion.
He is currently working on his first Minimal Psy release, set for 2025.
As a DJ, he plays mainly Minimal Psy and Organic House, with appearances at Japanese festivals such as Ringo Festival 2024 and Synchronicy’25 MIDNIGHT.
Every Sunday night, he also curates “is this on?” at SHIBUYA RUBYROOM — a late-night oasis in the heart of Tokyo, offering a quiet moment of connection before the new week begins.
