@nyusps_nyupwmce this week! While many know him for his work in front of the camera, Noah has written and sold features and episodic projects so he will be joining us to dive deep into the world of Developing Content.
Noah will be sharing his firsthand experience navigating the creative pipeline as a writer, director, and producer. From initial sparks to the final draft, we're ready to learn what it takes to get a project off the ground in today’s landscape.

NOAH BEAN starred opposite Rose Byrne and Glenn Close in the Emmy-winning FX series Damages, as well as in The CW’s Nikita, SyFy’s 12 Monkeys, and most recently, NBC’s The Endgame opposite Morena Baccarin. He has also held recurring roles in numerous series, including Amazon Prime’s Ballard, Apple TV’s Invasion, 9-1-1, Hulu’s Shut Eye, Once Upon a Time,
and HBO’s Vinyl. His film work includes King Richard, Scott Z. Burns' The Report and the indie hit The Pill. He has multiple film/tv projects in development and his directorial debut short film What It’s Like To Be Okay has won numerous awards/nominations on the festival circuit including Best US Short Film at WACO International Film Festival. A prolific theater performer, Bean has been nominated for Elliot Norton, IRNE, and Garland
Awards for his stage work, including LA’s Geffen Playhouse production of Larissa FastHorse’s The Thanksgiving Play and the world premiere of her latest play, Fake It Until You Make It, at the Mark Taper Forum and DC’s Arena Stage. He notably originated roles in David Henry Hwang’s Pulitzer Prize–nominated play
Yellow Face at The Public Theater in New York City and in Jordan Harrison’s Pulitzer finalist Marjorie Prime at Playwrights Horizons.
Bean is represented by Venture Entertainment and IAG. He is a member of Bennington College’s MFA in Screenwriting inaugural class and a graduate of Boston University, School for the Arts.
