With incredible Glen Velez and wonderful poets Kim Rosen and @rosemerry.trommer at the Power of Poetry festival in Ohio last weekend. It was a deep honor to be reunited with Glen and create a bed of sound for Kim and Rosemerry, two beautiful humans and artists. Looking forward to making more mischief with this crew in the near future. I played with Glen- a four time Grammy winner whose playing is too powerful for words- on his album Elephant Hotel, a collaboration with his wife, incredible singer Loire Cotler. Glen’s always been a hero, ever since he showed up at Juilliard when I was a student, did a demo, and opened my horizons in a single afternoon.
