Redesigned the costume of Cicakman and did an interpretation. A silly goofy hero turned to an aura farming boi. Ultimately a passion project, wanted to explore bodysuit armor, smokes and stylez.
Heavily inspired by Ash Thorp, Batman's design and a lot said the mask is similar to Daredevil ahahhaa.

When recreating or redesigning a character with my interpretation, there are key characteristics that remain sacred to the character's identity- to respect its originality. Well in this case its an anomaly because i made him become an aura farmer ahahaha.

During the holiday's dilly dally season, made a Swan Lake ballet performance costume concept while i hone some of my photobashing skills.
Last quarter of the year is dedicated to character costume concepts for sure, starting with a 3D base then moved to photoshop for paintover and photobash until finish. Was cleaning up my skills in masking, refining textures and mostly configuring the scale of things applied in real life - how applicable it is to wear or use. 🦢🦢

Hey fellas!
I've been learning some new workflows and ways to present my concepts. Here I designed a Matriarch inspired by the Bunda Kanduang from the Minang tribe, catering to a mystical, grim and dark approach on their symbolism of 'birth mother'.
Nothing historically accurate here, I was also inspired by the Shiromuku from Silent Hill F and the statue from the Incantation (2022) film. Fun shtuffs!
Mostly learning new ways and methods to iterate in my concept workflow while I create these portfolio pieces in hopes to apply abroad one day 🫡
