STEP BY STEP
May 2018, I discovered Mediamatic in Amsterdam, went to the Dimension Air dinner, met my food design idol (by chance).
August 2018, I was a mere volunteer for Het Parfum, having white blouse and a table full of perfume sample, presented other artist's project to the public, talked about smell, memories, cultures and perceptions.
I was only a student in France, I dreamed about their project Neo Futurist Dinner.

May 2026, I found myself in Mediamatic again for HABITS, have a whole room (next to the kitchen) for myself. My name and my project are on the program, the public come to see me perform. I talk about food, memories, cultures and perceptions. We share stories and food together.
From coffee bean to red and green (mung) bean, I am so happy thinking about this unexpected journey.
