Today, on the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia, we reaffirm our commitment to stand with LGBTQ+ people everywhere — especially those whose lives, safety, and health are threatened by discrimination and hate. We stand with LGBTQ+ communities — fighting stigma, demanding safety, and pushing for a world where everyone can live openly, freely, and with dignity. Ending HIV means ending hate! #IDAHOBIT #StopTheStigma #LGBTQHealth #EndHIV

We're taking action for Black and Latina women’s sexual health and wellness. Our campaigns — including PrEP for Me — bring HIV education directly to campuses across the country. Many students have never heard of PrEP or how it helps prevent HIV, so we hit the road to Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Hispanic‑Serving Institutions to change that. Through bilingual education, student reflections, and accessible info on PrEP, STIs, and stigma, we’re making sure women have the knowledge they need to protect their health. ✨ Empowerment. Education. Prevention. Learn more about PrEP for Me, link in our bio #WomensHealth #HIVEducation #HealthEquity

The Supreme Court ruled yesterday (May 14) that abortion pills will remain accessible via telehealth and to be sent through mail. But we can’t celebrate yet. Justices Thomas and Alito dissents provided anti-abortion advocates the playbook that may pave the way for abortion pills to be illegal in the future. Dissents are instructions for the next lawsuit. Yesterday’s temporary win is a warning and this will impact women of color, low-income women and women who live in rural areas the MOST. Save and Share this video! I’m gonna hold your 🤝🏾 when I say this but you need to get tested before you go to that day party. Summer camp is officially in session and here are 5 things that the girls, gays, and theys should handle before summer ☀️ ☀️ Get Tested! Request a FULL STI panel ☀️ Book your appointments with your PCP, gyno and dentist ☀️ Decide what protection you’re using. PrEP, birth control, condoms or all of the above ☀️ Restock your essentials ☀️ Plan your summer and set your boundaries before the summer sets them for you Save this and share this with the GC! Let’s have a safe summer that WE actually want 💛 #sexualhealth #dcblackpride #hivprevention #womenshealth #blackwomenhealth

Trump might not care what happens to the U.S. economy as a result of his war in Iran, but we do. The FY2027 budget request deadline is September 30. Until then, you have time to reach out to your state representatives to tell them WHAT YOU WANT this budget to look like as taxpayers. The “reality of our legislative process these days is that we often don’t have a full budget approved by September 30. We often see either continuing resolutions or more recently, a shut down. So time will tell if Congress comes to an agreement on the budget impact,” @adrian.shanker said. Shanker is the former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health Policy in the Biden Administration. He’s currently a Senior Fellow at Lehigh University College of Health. Read the full piece link in Lana’s bio. #hiv #healthpolicy #hhs #2027 #budgets
