Take a peek behind the scenes with Adam, Producer + Art Director @hayleymckinneyminiatures , and the team as they bring DOUG and SCOUT to life, frame by frame. From meticulous builds to a new “Speak Easy” face animation system, it’s all about blending tactile charm with modern speed.
Come for the time-lapses, stay for the baseball metaphors. Big swings were definitely taken!
