NLB Boxing x UnityMK
Today we kicked off our first boxing session with UnityMK, using boxing to help support rough sleepers and homeless people with their physical and mental health.
Boxing helped save my life during some of the toughest times mentally. When I was lost and going down the wrong path, boxing gave me discipline, purpose and a way to channel everything I was going through. Now I want to give that same opportunity back to the community.
This is bigger than fitness. It’s about creating a safe space, building confidence, improving mental health and reminding people that nobody gets left behind.
We’re looking to run these sessions more often and continue making a positive impact through boxing and community.
