Lagos.
Stage.
Big conversations.
At @nba_slp conference 2026, we weren’t just talking about the future of law - we were shaping it.
Because the real shift isn’t just technology…
it’s how we think, lead and show up.
Grateful for the room, the energy, and the conversations 💫

Honoured to be speaking at Menopause Matters Nigeria 2026 🇳🇬✨
A powerful collaboration between the National Human Rights Commission, Abuja and Hallmark Health UK Limited — UK–Nigeria collaboration in action.
I’ll be speaking on:
• Women’s health rights in Nigeria
• Workplace protection & navigating discrimination
• Legal tools every woman should know for her future
This is about access. Awareness. And real empowerment.

Tomorrow, I’ll be on stage at the NBA-SLP 2026 Conference.
The law is moving fast -
the real question is whether we’re shaping that change or reacting to it.
Looking forward to sharing the stage with:

Grateful to be part of this conversation.
If you’re in Lagos, come through ✨

History was made last week. The first UK State Visit in 37 years by a Nigerian Head of State. 🇳🇬🇬🇧
From Parliament to investment forums and leadership dinners, representing the @british_nigeria_law_forum , I had the privilege of being part of conversations shaping the next chapter of UK - Nigeria relations.
And somewhere in between, a simple moment on the Mall seeing both flags side by side.
Proudly British. Proudly Nigerian.

The work that matters most is rarely done alone.
I was truly honoured to receive the Social Impact Award at the Nigeria Magazine Awards on Friday.
For me, this recognition reflects the work of a wider community, the British Nigeria Law Forum (BNLF) where so many people give their time, energy and commitment to building institutions, creating opportunities, and strengthening connections across the legal and business communities in the UK and Nigeria.
Through this work, I have seen firsthand how powerful it can be when people come together with a shared sense of purpose.
This moment was also a quiet reminder of the example set by my late father, Dr Joe Nwodo, who believed deeply in community leadership and service.
Grateful for the recognition, and even more grateful to be part of a community committed to building opportunities and strengthening connections for others.
Congratulations to the many remarkable individuals who were recognised.🙏

⭐️🎉A year older. A year wiser. A year more aware of God’s faithfulness.
I don’t take this life for granted.
Thank You, Lord, for every blessing seen and unseen. ⭐️🎉
An excerpt from a podcast conversation I took part in on medical negligence.
Not just a medical or legal issue - a human one.
Stories like that of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s son have brought long quiet questions into the open.

Happy New Year 🤍
I’m pleased to be moderating alongside my colleague @_theessenceoftoyin The Future-Ready Lawyer - a timely conversation on how the legal profession is evolving and how we can navigate change, now and in the years ahead.
As a lawyer and change practitioner, I’ve seen first-hand how shifts in technology, regulation and client expectations reshape not just systems, but people and careers. This session brings together voices from law, technology, policy and innovation to share practical perspectives on what being “future-ready” really looks like.
This session is especially helpful for:
• Lawyers in practice or in-house
• Those curious about legal tech and innovation
• Lawyers working across borders
• Early and mid-career lawyers thinking ahead

I can’t believe it’s already been a week since the @british_nigeria_law_forum Gala — and I’m still buzzing like it was last night! ✨💃🏾 Over 220+ guests - MPs, diplomats, legal & business leaders across 🇬🇧 & 🇳🇬
The joy, the laughter, the conversations, the outfits, the music… I’ve been replaying the photos and videos all week. And honestly? These pictures don’t even come close to capturing the full magic — but they give you a sweet little glimpse of what we experienced.
Special shout-out to the glam ladies on Table 11 Enugu who are on these photos — for bringing pure vibes and unstoppable energy all night long! 🔥🫶🏾
Still glowing. Still grateful. Still on a high.
Here’s to even bigger moments ahead! 🥂💫
