Last week we hosted a Freedom Seder as part of the Arts Center's Black/Jewish Understanding Initiative. It was an incredible model of allyship that uses our commonalities — while recognizing our differences — to bring people together. Framed by ancient ritual, the songs, readings, conversation and fusion cuisine created an immersive journey that community leaders Rabbi Gewirtz and Pastor Jefferson shared on Morning Joe!
