Who’s Locking In?
As simple as this Flo Supply R&D project is, it is an important process to ensure the hose can live in the environment it will be subjected too.
This is a new submersible hose that will spend its life submerged in fuel. Before releasing the hose we have to make sure that the hose does not break down, swell, or shrink do to the fuel.
One container is full of a race blend of E85 & the other is pull of pump gas.
Now we just sit back and let Father Time do his thing.

We’re building the fuel system hoses for a boosted LS-powered NOVA.
Plumbing Tech Tip:
Mount all of your system components first, install all of your fittings, then temporarily screw all of your hose ends into place.
Doing this allows you to map out your hose routing ahead of time and make sure you have the correct angled hose ends for the job.
This simple step can save a lot of time and money by preventing rework when a hose doesn’t route the way you originally planned.
