** Now On Netflix ** With the Hollywood strike resolved, I can finally share how thrilled I am to be part of a film still showing in 750 theaters nationwide—a remarkable achievement for an Iranian American family story. 💚🤍♥️
Portraying the resilience of an Iranian mother and the immigrant experience which so many have connected to has been an absolute honor.
The Persian Version is still out in theaters. Watch it before it’s gone. It’s not gonna be what you think. ♥️ ;)

On the third consecutive day of the new wave of student protests, campuses across various Iranian universities turned into scenes of open defiance against the government. Holding portraits of those killed during the January 8 and 9 massacre, students organized large-scale rallies and chanted protest slogans against the regime.
In a symbolic act, protesters at several educational institutions set the Islamic Republic flag on fire and hoisted the Sun and Lion flag.
Reports from Alzahra, Tehran, and Amirkabir universities indicate a heavy security presence, direct threats against students, and physical clashes between protesters and plainclothes forces.
Today we march.
For Majidreza.
For Seyed Mohammad.
For Nika.
For Khodanoor.
For Navid.
For Sepehr.
For Kian.
And for the thousands more the Islamic Republic has killed, imprisoned, or silenced.
We will never forget. #iranmassacre

Feb 11, 2026 marks 47 years since the triumph of the Islamic Revolution in Iran — and the beginning of decades of repression, corruption, economic ruin, and institutional decay under the Islamic Republic.
The people have risen to break the predatory lease signed in 1979, evict the regime, and reclaim their country.
