Yesterday I played my graduation show at the Metal Factory. This show was very special, because I played alone for the first time doing guitar and vocals.
This project started out with a concept and I worked it out both musically and lyrically. To enhance the story I also wanted to add visuals and project them on the big screen behind me. And it worked!
A lot of time and effort went into this project and it was sometimes difficult to pull through, but I'm very satisfied with the result and the overwhelming response.
A big thanks to my partner in crime @tinyfairyjulia and to my teachers Stef, Bart, Yuma, Danny and Kevin for making this possible.

Soms focussen we ons te veel op wat nog gaat komen, wat we nog moeten bereiken en dan vergeten we om trots te zijn op wat we allemaal al hebben bereikt.
Vergeet niet om soms stil te staan bij je prestaties en te zeggen "Damn, goed bezig!" Op naar een goed 2023!

Sometimes we focus too much on what's to come, everything we still need to accomplish and then we forget to be proud of what we've already accomplished.
Don't forget to look back at what you've accomplished and say "Damn, I'm doing good!" On to a great 2023!
