Few more pieces that are waiting for their forever home. Each one of these has a pretty strong story behind them. My favorite phrase told to me by my @iceberg_slick_original when I was first starting out almost 20 years ago became my mantra for my art from that moment on. “Say it simple, mean it deep.” Having a visually simplistic image with a strong story about loss, grief, fear, etc. told through a cute illustration that can then be taken to a wall or canvas.
My art has been my therapy through my life whether I wanted it to be or not. To take such complex emotions and describe them through a cute little kid in a bunny suit hiding from the world is how I can best describe how I feel at the moment. In hopes that it might help anyone struggling in a similar way but can’t express it into words.
