At the Ninety Plus flagship store, we’re taking specialty coffee to a new level — where flavor becomes personal, and the experience is tailored just for you.
Introducing our exclusive Roast-on-Demand service, as demonstrated in this video by founder Joseph Brodsky. While the actual service is provided by our trained coffee advisors, the concept remains the same: your taste, your roast, your coffee.
☕ Whether you prefer bright florals or deep nutty notes, our advisors will guide you through a brief consultation, understanding your preferences, brewing methods, and lifestyle — then design a unique roasting curve using our proprietary data system.
Your chosen beans are roasted with ROEST, the Norwegian machine hailed as the “Leica of coffee roasters.” In just 10 minutes, the roast is completed — and within 15 minutes, your custom coffee is ready to take home.
This rare, on-the-spot experience brings you closer than ever to the journey from seed to cup.

About 10 years ago, I first tasted coffee from @ninetypluscoffee at a coffee festival.I never stopped searching for it in the menus of great coffee shops. What makes them truly stand out isn’t just the terroir or the altitude, but the way they process their coffees.
Fast forward to today: Panama, Volcan. I had the chance to taste their coffees again, this time up close, for Quishr. Grateful for every moment.
Never stop dreaming and chasing what once felt impossible!

Πριν περίπου 10 χρόνια δοκίμασα για πρώτη φορά καφέ από τη @ninetypluscoffee σε ένα coffee festival. Δεν σταμάτησα ποτέ να τον αναζητώ στους καταλόγους πολύ καλών coffee shop. Αυτό που τους κάνει ξεχωριστούς δεν είναι μόνο το terroir και το υψόμετρο, αλλά ο τρόπος που επεξεργάζονται τον καφέ τους.
Fast forward στο σήμερα: Παναμάς - Volcan, δοκίμασα ξανά τους καφέδες τους αυτή την φορά από κοντά για το Quishr. Ευγνώμων για κάθε στιγμή.
Ποτέ μη σταματάς να ονειρεύεσαι και να κυνηγάς όσα κάποτε έμοιαζαν αδύνατα!

An unforgettable day with the legendary @josephsbrodsky at @ninetypluscoffee .
We had the chance to visit both Barú and Geisha Estates, and seeing Geisha growing inside a full forest ecosystem was something else. Pure respect for what’s being built here.
Beyond the coffees, the conversations were just as powerful. Inspiring, challenging, and a reminder of how much more there is to explore and understand.
Grateful for the time, the hospitality, and the perspective.
This trip keeps getting better.
If we go to Panama, stopping by our friends at Ninety Plus is a must, and that’s what we did.
Camillo and @josephsbrodsky introduced us to some new coffees. We cupped great ones there and hopefully you’ll get to taste them too, in our shops.
We already have a Gesha from them that we really like, and it perfectly reflects the character of their farm in every cup.
We’re grateful for working with talented people who continue to innovate in coffee.
Pre-ground Gesha? I thought we never would. But here is why we were wrong.
1. Easy brewing solutions open specialty coffee to all, not just the pro hand brewers.
2. Precision roasting is preserved through nitrogen flushing without degradation for up to 18 months in NP LīvPak technology.
3. NP LīvPak can be brewed by adding water like a tea sachet or the ground coffee can be hand-brewed and proves to be as good as freshly ground.
4. NP LīvPak can be taken anywhere for simple brewing.
5. NP LīvPak is a great gift and introduction to our coffees, while we also still roast whole bean coffees to order.
