Took me a while to post this but here’s a short snippet of my grad show project “Iterations of Repetition”. As an ex professional ballet dancer this project is very dear to my heart. “Iterations of Repetition” explores the world of ballet through the lens of perfectionism. Inspired by over a decade of professional ballet training, I aim to challenge the idealised image of ballet and contribute to a broader conversation about the intense pressures of the ballet industry.
