I’m still landing after our TEDxWomen — after months of building something that lived first in our heads and hearts, to finally come alive .
So many details, decisions, and tiny invisible threads… and hearing from speakers, guests, and partners that they felt the experience we intended — warmed my heart.
I’m so grateful for our team — and especially to Marina @msdavidova , who brought me on board, trusted my vision, and supported my ideas from concept to reality.
My part was shaping the experience: the stage aesthetics, flow, atmosphere, sensory details, speaker journey, volunteer scripts, flowers aesthetics, and all the small touches that guide how an event feels. The texts too. All the things I love.
To stand in the Atrium and see it all come together — the energy, the presence — was unforgettable.
I’m tired, deeply grateful, and proud of what we created together.
Here’s to more stories, more voices, and more moments like this.
And I’m pretty sure this is not the last post from this event.
It’s been a month since our family reunion in France, and I still can’t get over how beautiful it was. It’s hard to put into words, but the warmth of those sincere hugs, the familiar bustle, the smells from the kitchen, the toasts at the big dinner table — it all means so much to me. I’m forever grateful we got to have this experience, and that Mira got to see it all and meet — well, not everyone, but such a big part of the family. The house we were lucky to find, the timing that allowed family from Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Spain, the States, and France to come together for one long weekend… truly, a dream come true. Here’s to many more like this.
*vyshyvanki, vareniki, 4 languages spoken simultaneously, god I love this crazy family.
The environment influences how we feel, what we notice, how we act. Everyday choices—how we dress, how we walk, listen, how we arrange our space—are not as superficial as we often believe, it’s all an act of authorship, a self portrait, if you want. Each choice is a line in the diary of who we are becoming.
This weekend we gathered around Determined by Robert Sapolsky—surrounded by redwoods, ocean cliffs, and the kind of connection that makes you listen deeper. It wasn’t just about the book; though it was an amazing filter. It felt more like immersive therapy in nature. Connection, laughter, big questions, tears that come from the place so deep you forgot about it.
It was also my first time away from my baby. A tender, new chapter—stepping out, rediscovering myself, and remembering the strengths that sometimes get hidden in the rhythm of daily care.
Grateful for the space, the women, and the reminder that beauty and growth happen when we make room for them. Thank you @msdavidova@_yamayka_
