2021 - Tony Raka Gallery - Bali - Main Jazz
Masih ada sisa sisa dikit lah ya
Pianoless Quartet is one of my favorite form of Jazz Quartet 🫶
Solar by Miles Davis.
with Indra Gupta on Bass // Najib on drums // Joe Rosenberg on Soprano Saxophone.
Digging this one out from Java Jazz Festival 2009 with @andien .
Turned one of my favorite song, Janet Jackson's Together Again from 4/4 disco into 6/8 jazz… because clearly I had too much time back then 🤪
Also just a quick reminder (mostly to myself)…Lately I’ve been wearing a lot of different hats…
but moments like this remind me where everything started.
A guitar player 😂😂😂😂
See you tonight at @blowjams Love Bar 🤪🤪🤪

Andien – “Kinanti” Returns @ Synchronize Festival 2025 🎶✨
Love every minute i spent on the stage with @andien and the whole amazing musical partners such as @rafimuhammad38 who played the drums , @swugafunk on bass , @rianidola the playback dude , @ricco the keys monster from The Sound of Musi 😝, @ranyabadudu@marielhotla for the vocal harmonies. @nabilhusin84 FOH king @rickysophian who gave heaven to our ears !!
Would love to do this over and over again — week in, week out.
Last slide : Bonus Pict from The Real Kinanti Tour 2002 😂😂😂

22 years later and we’re still jamming like it’s 2005!🔄
.
Back then, we were under the escalator at the first JJF’05 — young, scrappy, and loud. Now? Slightly older, still scrappy, and hopefully a bit groovier😎
.
This year, for JJF’ 20th anniversary, we brought it back to where it all began — a small stage, just the four of us, and a whole lotta love. The kind of set where you can hear each other breathe, laugh, and miss a note (on purpose, of course)🥃
.
Big love to @javajazzfest & @demajorsrecs stage for having us — you always feel like home. And thx to all who’ stopping by to our set!✨🙏🏻

Java Jazz Festival 2025 Dump – Day 2: “Sing Along” Project
A night to remember, celebrating the timeless legacy of the legendary Eyang Titiek Puspa through a fresh, heartfelt reinterpretation. I had the honor of arranging her songs to resonate with this generation — and the result? Magic.
The stage lit up with the incredible voices of Danilla, Adhikara Fardy, Bilal Indrajaya, and the one and only Indonesian Diva, Kris Dayanti. The hall was packed—full of people, full of joy, full of voices singing every word.
Every artist gave their all. The energy was electric. And I truly believe that somewhere up there, Eyang Titiek Puspa was smiling, knowing her music is still living, still loved, and now etched in the hearts of thousands more.
Bonus : last slide someone managed to record my guitar solo in one of Eyang Titiek Puspa's personal composition for the late Bing.
