I’m very excited to share that I’ve recently started working with @gra_chocolates 🤍 Founded by award-winning pastry chef @grainnemullins , the brand began as a passion project in Galway and has grown into something truly special: hand-painted, small-batch chocolates crafted over several days, using the finest ingredients and rooted deeply in Irish creativity and care. Each piece feels more like edible art than confection - thoughtful, intricate and made with genuine intention (Grá, quite literally, means “love” 🤎🤍🤎) There’s some very exciting news on the horizon for the brand as it begins its next chapter… and I can’t wait to share more with you soon ✨

Thank you to all who joined us ✨ Press release: Master Pâtissier Nicolas Rouzaud is bringing his artistry to the festive season with the launch of the 2025 collection at Nicolas Rouzaud at The Connaught. Available from 17th November, the collection reimagines signature creations and introduces new seasonal delights, blending Rouzaud’s meticulous craftsmanship with the comforting flavours of Christmas. Highlights include Mince Pies by Nicolas Rouzaud - a debut for the chef, thoughtfully crafted with cinnamon pastry and a rich fruit filling, alongside the Festive Trio au Chocolat, a seasonal twist on Rouzaud’s iconic pastry layered with three chocolates and a hint of warming spice. Also joining the line-up are the fragrant Pain d’Épices à l’Orange and playful Gingerbread Biscuits by Nicolas Rouzaud.
