Doodling from imagination just for fun is such a rare occurrence for me. Whenever I take the time, I tell myself, 'I should do this more often," then months pass by.
ART COLLECTORS, what is your preferred size for original art? Would you pay more for a piece that was larger, and if so how much larger? As an artist motivated mainly by the desire to create the best possible illustration in my chosen medium, I rarely give thought to where the original will end up, but I'm curious would a cover original be with more if it were 11x17" or 24x36"?
I had the strangest dream last night, I know it involved a friend betraying me and it came to blows, but the rest has slipped away. Dreams are an odd way to experience time, a whole day can pass by in the five minutes between hitting snooze and hearing the next alarm, and that recurring dream, maybe it was actually the first time you had it, you just dreamt that you had it before. Do you remember your dreams often? It's rare for me.
