𝐖𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐏𝐆 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝟑. Our kickoff session brought together mentors and mentees for an evening of meaningful conversations and clear direction for the months ahead. From the keynote session by Stephen Idowu, MBA, to walking through how the program will run, the focus was simple: set the right foundation for a valuable mentorship experience. It was also great hearing from past participants like Emmanuella Eboh, Nnenna Ukwu, Olabiyi Olaniran, MD, MPH, who shared their experiences and reflected on the impact the program had on their growth and what they are looking forward to in this cohort. A big thank you to our Program Lead, Babatunde Raimi MBA, Msc, CRMP, CISA and NPG President, Olukayode (Kay) Anifowose, for bringing this to life. Moments like this reinforce why this program continues to matter. Beyond the sessions, it was good to see mentors and mentees begin connecting, having their first conversations, and setting the tone for what is to come. As the program officially begins, we’re looking forward to the progress, the learning, and the outcomes that will come out of this cohort over the next six months. Wishing everyone a productive and rewarding mentorship journey ahead.
