The countdown is on ๐จ NIGO: From Japan with Love opens at the Design Museum on 1 May 2026.
This landmark exhibition is the worldโs first retrospective of designer @nigo , a pioneer who helped bridge streetwear and luxury fashion.
A founding force of street culture, NIGO has shaped some of the worldโs most recognisable brands while building his own influential labels over a 30-year career.
Expect over 700 objects, including a recreation of his teenage bedroom, rare designs, ceramics made by NIGO, and a life-size glass tea house created for the exhibition.

I had the great opportunity to collaborate with Human Made, a brand Iโve genuinely loved for a long time. I started working on this project with Nigo san last year, and we finally created โHUMAN HOPE.โ This collection truly reflects who I am. I believe this will be a huge milestone and a precious part of my history. I hope you all enjoy seeing it come to life!
