This larger-than-life rattlesnake relief is part of the recent infrastructure design I created for the Williamsburg community.
The design celebrates the region’s rich history, including its ties to Indigenous cultures and those who have long called this place home. It also honors the area’s wildlife and the resilient spirit of the terrain, with a special nod to Turtleback Mountain and the Rio Grande.

Have you seen this structure in person?
The infrastructure on I-25 and the Village of Williamsburg is complete! 🪄
The east side was painted last week. Big thanks to Bogan Brothers out of ABQ for the (always) outstanding paint job. The color is much more vibrant in person. I hope you all have a chance to drive through.
Mi corazón, Pantera turns 14 today 🌈😸♥️
We celebrated with our yearly tradition—Caliche’s for a poochie cone 🍦Clearly obsessed, but every lick gets a dramatic “Why so cooold?” meow.
By his request we listened to @madelinegoldstein_ new release on repeat.

Finally sharing these photos from late 2024, when I went out to sign the completed overpass. Have you driven through this overpass?
I’m excited to share that I’ll be starting a new infrastructure project soon in Grant County.

‧₊˚🌈 This year’s DANGERBIRD bandana design is printed in two colorways, representing the dual loops that shape the course.
The design celebrates the spirit of the TARANTULA. Moving steadily through the arid landscapes of the Southwest, the tarantula endures—patient, grounded, and fierce when pressed. It teaches us how to root ourselves in the earth and continue the path, even while the world around us burns.
Fire sparks courage and clears space for what’s to come. Our sun and moon, ever-present, remind us of cycles greater than our own, and that each day brings renewal. And the rainbow—born from storm—embodies hope, a bridge between struggle and emergence.
Wear this bandana as a reminder to channel the resilience of the tarantula with the same unwavering spirit.

🖤 My sweet boy is 13 years old today! My how time flies. This little bun used to be so tiny, he could sit in a mini colander on the kitchen counter. (Next photo) He weighed a half pound when he first came home. We’re taking him to get a Poochie cone at @calichesfc , our yearly Birthday tradition. Who wants to come?
