The second anniversary of the Art For All initiative returns to Miami Art Week with its biggest edition yet. From December 4–7, the Midtown Art District (MAD) transforms into an open-air cultural playground curated by EXTi, featuring live art, DJs, music, a full-block mural, fashion drops, tattoo pop-ups, gaming, gastronomy and the high-energy residency of Perreíto & Coffee. All experiences are 100% free, powered by a single gesture: bring a toy for Miami’s largest Holiday Toy Drive. Born from the collaboration between NIDO and the City of Miami’s Department of Human Services (DHS), #ArtForALL turns creativity into community impact through collaboration, win–win, and the chain of favors. In January 2025, we supported Ceibo Gallery’s exhibition Norte Grande Argentino, which brought together artists such as Blanca Machuca and Germán Toloza, promoting their work, strengthening Latin American identity, and providing support for their international projection. From NIDO | Refuge of Senses, and especially through our art and design incubator MADnest, we coordinated throughout the year exhibitions and collaborations with emerging artists and brands, companies, and entrepreneurs, generating: • Real exhibition platforms and visibility • Community-driven cultural activations • Strategic connections within the Midtown Art District (MAD) • Integration with the institutional and social network we continue to consolidate Each collaboration has been guided by the core values that have defined NIDO since its creation: Collaboration. Win–Win. Chain of Favors. We believe in a cultural model where growth is shared and where art does not compete — it thrives through networks. NIDO is not just a space. It is an ecosystem in the making.
