Today i met a colleague that left his well-paying audit job to join my industry. I can see from his expression that he is totally sick of his job and i asked if he knows his hourly pay?
He says don’t mention about it and he is ready to hustle to achieve what he wants.
No matter which job you are at, there will always be pros and cons. Every job change will have some risk, but choose the right risk with right guidance to get there.

I used to be someone that is always in my comfort zone. In school and work, trying my best to always take the ‘safer route’. ⚠️
My world changed when i told myself “give me one of the most challenging job”, i will strive hard and give my very best.
I never looked back then. Wouldnt you agree that Life will never be easy but the right mindset will help you manage to it?

How do you face your Failures?
At 21yo, i lost a love one
At 31yo, i lost a house
At 32yo, i moved backwards from a managerial role to consultant role
At my mums 65yo, i could not give her the ideal retirement she wants.
-Cherish your love ones while u can
-Invest in the right things
-Leaders needs the right training and take risks
-Work hard with purpose, no regrets
I didnt blame anyone, i reflected what i could do better. I would not be progressing if i did not level up my perspectives and how i see things.
Be it in work, personal life and every aspect.
When there are failures in life, there are always opportunities to learn and its a choice.
There is always two sides to a coin 🪙
