The Olympic cauldron for Paris 2024 was truly unique. Designed by Mathieu Lehanneur, the cauldron payed homage to the Montgolfier brothers, pioneers of hot air ballooning, by being part of a 30-meter-tall helium-filled balloon. Located in the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris, the cauldron ascended into the sky each evening during the 2024 Olympics.
