And I’m grateful for my accountability friends who have been encouraging me along the way (HUGE thanks to @iarearthur and @mllandshark ). The progress is not pretty (selfies as proof), but I love how healthy I’m feeling. And the joy it’s giving me. A friendly reminder that there’s no age limit to getting healthy again and that it doesn’t have to be boring. Or sexy.
